Momma, on my way out of town, in the rain, with Tucker to meet Paul in
D.C. (he left this morning) where we'll spend the weekend with friends,
I'm going to mail an envelope with Wednesday's and Thursday's *Post*
coverage of Mr. Klein and how they broke the code.  I just remembered you
could find this yourself on the web!  Have you looked up the Post yet?  I
think it is http://www.washingtonpost.com

I'm supposed to lead a discussion of my old church book club on *Orlando.*
We'll be staying with my old friend Wayne Cofer--he and his wife took part
in our wedding, but Jean (oh now I remember, you were at *their* wedding!)
later left him and is, I think by this time pursuing a fairly ascetic life
somewhere.  He's a nice enough guy--just out of control in the usual male
ways.

I wish it weren't raining; not looking forward to Washington traffic, as
it is.  But must pack now for me and Tucker--and need to shut down before
the electricity cuts off again, as it already did once this morning!
