Gabe Westen (left), a young person from Vermont, shouts in jubilation as he and fellow protesters successfully block off the intersection of 3rd St. and Constitution Avenue in Washington, D.C. on September 29.  Westen was part of a mass anti-war march held by the Troops Out Now Coalition, the culmination of had been a week of anti-war action, known as  the Encampment to Stop the War at Home and Abroad.  The UNC chapter of Students for a Democratic Society sold tickets during the week leading up to the march and hired vans to transport both members and non-members to the capitol.
