When new membership lists are installed, copy the old one to this directory with the name: membership.list.ddmmmyyyy The date in the name reflects the date the file was archived, not the date the file was created. (So, membership.list.09oct2000 was archived to this directory on October 9, 2000.)
The eaf archive was moved from /html to /afs space by Elizabeth A. Evans (Onyen=uevans) on 18 September 2002. ATN was preparing to move all /html directories to afs space, and the board decided at the September meeting that the Employee Appreciation Fair Web archive would be better placed under the general UMA Web directory.
